Compare this twitter post to this press release about the same report and remember: Always go for the visual - and if you do not show a meaningful visual please do not show stock images of clouds when you are talking about the climate.

Okay, this is not entirly fair. A press release is meant to provide text to journalists, not quick information to casual news readers. Still, it is interesting that a tweet with a picture is a much more effective vehicle of information.
